Anonymous Survey Questions
With Incogneato’s Premier Plan, you can tailor your questions to capture the anonymous feedback you need by adding survey fields to your box. Each box can include up to 24 additional questions that can be any of the following types:
- Multiple Choice
- Checkboxes
- Rating scales
- Single-line text fields
- Long text fields
To add a survey question, log in to your dashboard and select Manage Box. Click the Add a Question button on the left side of the screen. A form will appear where you can add your new question and select the question type. Once added, they can be modified in place and reordered by clicking and dragging. A preview of your box will update in realtime to the right of the form.
When a survey question is answered, the response appears just below the main feedback. Here’s an example:
As with all anonymous feedback collected with Incogneato, your data is yours and you can export your anonymous survey responses at any time.
